PURPOSE

Marcus “Rated Art” Bryant, is a well-respected figure in the music industry with over a decade of experience writing, producing, and directing across multiple genres. He collaborates with renowned artists such as John Legend, H.E.R., Ludacris, and many more. His songs have been featured on popular shows like American Idol and Black-ish and in global campaigns like NBA Cares. Rated Art's music has been showcased during the Democratic National Convention when used as President Obama's campaign anthem. He is signed with Sony Music Publishing, a Voting Member of the Recording Academy/GRAMMYs, and the President of its Philadelphia Chapter. His contributions as the former Director/Community Engagement Manager and D.E.I. officer of Settlement Music School have been instrumental in navigating periods of racial unrest and shaping their community partnerships and programming. Marcus serves as the Manager of Programs and Student Engagement for Project 440 and a master instructor for the DASH (Destined to Achieve Successful Heights) program. As the founder and CEO of LOUD Series, Marcus utilizes the platform as a catalyst for motivation and radical change, participating in various related efforts on a global scale.
Marcus understands the power of music and is dedicated to using it as a means to inspire and drive positive transformation. He lends his expertise as a Grand Judge of WHYY’s “Lifting Voices In Praise” competition and is a Juror for the 2024 Clio Awards - Use of Music in Advertising Category. Marcus aka "Rated Art" is in the studio to follow up on his singles "Listen" and "Elevation". His releases, “Listen” and “Elevation” are available on all digital streaming platforms.
